Manufacturing and Infrastructure
Our manufacturing facility is located in Begana, surrounded by clean air and natural surroundings that support the quality of our water. The plant has a bottling capacity of 6,000 liters per hour, allowing us to maintain consistency, hygiene, and timely supply.
Our operations are supported by a modern lineup of machinery designed for precision and efficiency:
- Fully automatic bottle blowing machine with a capacity of 6,000 bottles per hour
- Reverse Osmosis plant
- Fully automatic rinsing and filling machine
- Inkjet batch printing system
- Fully automatic BOPP labeling machine
- Fully automatic shrink-wrapping machines
Plastic Reduction and Waste Management
Because our systems are fully automatic, the level of wastage is very minimal. Any scrap that is produced is carefully collected, stored in our dedicated shed, and later sold to certified scrap dealers.
This approach helps us manage plastic responsibly and reduce our environmental footprint.
Logistics and Distribution
We manage our deliveries through our own transportation network to ensure care, consistency, and timely supply within Bhutan. At present, we are focused on domestic distribution, and our product has not yet been launched in international markets.
Product Information
Raw spring water is first stored in a dedicated raw water tank. From there, it passes through RO filters, followed by UV treatment and ozone mineralization. This process helps maintain purity while preserving essential qualities that make the water fresh and enjoyable.
Packaging and SKUs
Our bottles are carefully packed using shrink film to maintain hygiene and protection:
- 500 ml: 24 bottles per packet
- 1000 ml: 12 bottles per packet
- 250 ml: 24 bottles per packet
- 20 liters: Jar format
Each bottle carries its batch number and production date for full traceability. Our primary customers include hotels, wholesalers, and partners within our established distribution network.
We are fully licensed and compliant with all regulatory requirements, including trade licenses, food handling approvals, environment clearances, and certifications from the relevant Bhutanese authorities.
